Can I place my order via telephone or email?

Please call our customer services department on 07732 306632 or email although at the moment we cannot take payment over the phone. Through Paypal via our shop is the best way to make payment either through a Paypal account or a direct card payment (you don't have to have a Paypal account). If you would rather pay by direct bank transfer then if you call us we can give you our bank details to make payment.

Do you offer sponsorship?

Yes we do offer sponsorships to deserving players. There are different tiers to our sponsorship programme ranging from Grade 1 sponsorship to Grade 4 sponsorship. Please click here to fill in the sponsorship form.

What do I do if my bat breaks?

Please contact us with pictures of the damage and if we agree that the damage should not have occurred we will ask you to send it back whereby we will get it repaired and returned. Genuine faults; we’ll always repair, where possible, or replace, where necessary and as quickly as possible.

How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?

We aim to despatch orders next day or worst case the day after.

Are Aedos Bats knocked in and do they need Oiling?

All Aedos bats are pre-knocked in by machine, however we recommend that you continue knocking in for 3-4 hours when you receive your bat and they do need some linseed oiling on receipt. We also recommend an anti-scuff sheet on the face of the bat.
